For DoctorsIf you are a physician and you are looking for quality and dependable care for ALL your patients, look no further. Maximum Home Health Care features a complete multidisciplinary rehabilitation team to serve a wide variety of patient diagnoses in the home health treatment setting. All of the patients at Maximum Home Health Care receive thorough evaluations that focus on treatment goals. Within 24 hours of a patient's first visit, we send physicians a report with a plan of care. We discuss with the physician the plan of care on a regular basis. Upon a patient's discharge and completion of nursing services, a discharge report will be sent to the physician within 24 hours.
